Casual Surveillance Operator - Remote Opportunities

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Casual Surveillance Operator to join our team at Gateway Casinos & Entertainment. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while ensuring the security of our gaming areas. As a Surveillance Operator, you will be the eyes of the casino, maintaining continuous surveillance to protect customers, staff, and assets.

What You'll Do

• Utilize audio and video equipment to maintain continuous surveillance of all gaming areas and property.
• Identify, record, document, and report unusual or suspicious activity.
• Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Protect company assets and gaming integrity by identifying fraud and taking appropriate action.
• Maintain detailed logs and gather information for reporting purposes.
• Assist with investigations as needed.

Requirements

• Reliability, diligence, and a high level of integrity.
• Self-motivated with a positive contribution to a team environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail in all areas of your duties.
• Confidence in judgment and ability to write findings clearly.
• Flexible availability for working evenings and weekends.
• Experience using surveillance equipment and software is an asset.
• Professional knowledge of table games is a plus.
• Ability to work in a dimmed, enclosed environment.

• Casino surveillance experience is an asset.
• Good vision and capacity to focus on a computer screen for extended periods.
