Care Assistant - Remote Role with Flexible Hours

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of older individuals. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to make a significant impact in your community. You will be responsible for providing personal care, companionship, and support to clients, ensuring that their daily needs are met with compassion and respect.

What You'll Do

• Provide personal care including washing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Assist with medication management and daily routines.
• Perform light housework to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help clients attend appointments or social activities.

Requirements

• A genuine passion for helping older people.
• A valid driving license, access to a car, and business insurance.
• Availability on weekdays and/or weekends.
• A willingness to learn and work as part of a supportive team.
• No previous care experience is required.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a caregiving role is a plus but not mandatory.
• Training in health and social care is beneficial.
