About the Role

Bean Sprouts is seeking a passionate Cafe Team Member to join our vibrant team. This is a part-time seasonal role located in Naperville, Illinois, where you will have the opportunity to work in a fun and family-oriented environment. As a Cafe Team Member remote, you will play a crucial role in creating delightful experiences for our guests while promoting healthy eating habits among children.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests enthusiastically and provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Take orders, receive payments, and assist guests with their needs.
• Prepare food and beverages in accordance with our healthy menu.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized dining area and front of house.
• Perform any additional tasks needed to run the day-to-day café operations as assigned.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm and dedication to excellent customer service.
• Back of house/kitchen experience is a plus!
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handlers Permit.
• Ability to reach, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds and work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Successful passage of a criminal background screen is required.
