About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative - Remote to join our dynamic team at TeamSupport. As a leading provider of post-sale customer support software, TeamSupport is committed to enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. In this role, you will play a vital part in our sales success by identifying and guiding prospects through the early stages of their buyer's journey.

What You'll Do

• Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, and networking.
• Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure alignment with our offerings.
• Contact prospective clients to introduce our products and services effectively.
• Schedule meetings or demos with qualified leads to showcase our solutions.
• Learn and apply knowledge of product features to address client needs.
• Answer inquiries from prospects about our products and services.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
• Prepare and report results to the manager, maintaining transparency in communication.
• Maintain monthly goals and quotas to drive sales performance.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Confidence in cold calling and sales negotiation.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in various software tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to analyze data and trends to inform sales strategies.
• Organized with attention to detail to manage leads effectively.
