What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns that drive demand generation.
  • Participate in video production and content creation to enhance our outreach efforts.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to the sales leadership team.
  • Contribute to field marketing initiatives and event promotions to increase brand awareness.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies through training and feedback.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar platforms.
  • Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a team.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • Knowledge of marketing operations and campaign reporting is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Chili Piper or similar scheduling tools.
  • Background in project management or event promotion.
  • Understanding of revenue operations and finance.
