About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Business Development & Onboarding Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for pipeline development and ecosystem partnerships.

- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients during the onboarding phase.
- Analyze client feedback and market trends to refine onboarding processes and improve overall client experience.
- Participate in proposal management and assist in crafting compelling pitches to prospective clients.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or client engagement roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management.
- Experience in onboarding processes and client training.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector and B2B sales strategies is a plus.
