As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering requirements, refining processes, and mapping workflows to enhance our automation initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct requirements gathering and process mapping based on interviews and technology reviews.
  • Coordinate QA and UAT processes to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.
  • Utilize your expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to streamline operations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and process evaluations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in automation projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with process mapping and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
