About the Role

We are seeking a talented Brand Manager to join Foxelli Group as a Brand Manager - DTC E-Commerce (Remote). In this role, you will own the entire customer journey for our subscription-based brand, This Month’s Craft (TMC), delivering joy and creativity to our customers. This position offers total ownership of the brand experience, allowing you to make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the entire customer journey for This Month’s Craft, ensuring a seamless brand experience.
  • Curate monthly subscription boxes that resonate with our customer base.
  • Collaborate across teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to enhance customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and designers to ensure high-quality product offerings.
