About the Role

Mintos is seeking a talented Bonds Project Manager - Remote to join our rapidly expanding platform. Our mission is to make passive income investing simple, transparent, and accessible for millions of people across Europe. As a Bonds Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading strategic partner relationships with international bond issuers, focusing on strengthening and growing these relationships while collaborating closely with financial institutions.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage strong, long-term relationships with bond issuers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the full lifecycle of bond projects.
• Lead cross-functional coordination for smooth execution of bond-related projects.
• Drive complex negotiations and manage contractual processes.
• Identify opportunities for new bond issuances and broader business development.
• Establish and maintain strong C-level relationships with key decision-makers.
• Structure and present proposals that align stakeholder interests.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the bonds market (corporate, government, or structured bonds).
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with C-level relationship development and management.
• Background in corporate banking, investment banking, or private equity/venture capital.
• Business-level or higher proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial technology (FinTech) environments.
• Familiarity with investment platforms and their operational processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the bonds market.
