What You'll Do

• Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury.
• Provide exceptional customer service and negotiate fair injury settlements.
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages while documenting claims accurately and timely.
• Communicate effectively with customers and attorneys via various channels.
• Handle a high volume of pending cases utilizing innovative tools for claims evaluation.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and policies throughout the claims process.
• Work independently and remotely, demonstrating strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Utilize your knowledge of insurance policies and coverage to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Prior third-party casualty claim handling experience is required.
• 2-5 years of moderate to complex Bodily Injury claim handling experience preferred.
• Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of insurance policies and coverage.
• Experience with litigation claims is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Adjuster/appraiser license may be required.
