About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Beauty Ambassador to join our team at bareMinerals in Southampton. This part-time remote role allows you to connect with beauty enthusiasts and help them discover their perfect products. As a Beauty Ambassador, you will embody our brand values and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers to provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to implement promotional strategies and events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse customers.
• Passion for beauty and self-expression, with a desire to help others feel confident.
• Flexible availability to work weekends and key retail hours.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience as a Beauty Ambassador or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of bareMinerals and Laura Mercier products.
• Experience in retail or beauty consulting.
