What You'll Do

  • Lead the Banquets team to deliver exceptional service for weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings.
  • Oversee daily operations of food and beverage services, ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct training and coaching sessions for team members to enhance performance and service quality.
  • Manage event logistics, from planning to execution, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to improve service delivery.
  • Handle POS systems and cash transactions accurately.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly and maintain a safe and clean environment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage operations supervision.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams effectively.
  • Experience in budgeting, planning, and execution of events.
  • Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of food and beverage equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a luxury resort or high-end hospitality environment.
  • Knowledge of environmentally conscious practices in hospitality.
  • Certification in hospitality management or related fields.
