About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Baker to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes in Tampa, Florida. As a Baker, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality cakes that bring joy to our guests. What You'll Do

• Follow proprietary recipes and cake production methods with precision to achieve productivity goals.
• Utilize commercial-grade mixers and ovens to bake cakes of various flavors and sizes.
• Prepare raw ingredients and equipment for baking, ensuring all processes meet our high standards.
• Monitor the baking process and adhere to proper packaging, labeling, and storage of baked goods.
• Assist the Bakery Manager in developing production plans and managing inventory of baking supplies.
• Evaluate raw ingredients and finished cakes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all supplies are ready for the next shift.
• Comply with health and safety guidelines, including dress code and personal hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No formal education required; previous experience in a bakery or foodservice environment is a plus.
• Ability to understand written and oral directions, including recipes and safety procedures.
• Physical ability to lift items up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work on a fast-paced production schedule.
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation to work independently.
