About the Role
We’re hiring a B2C Product Marketing Manager to join our innovative team at Mercuryo, a leader in the Web3 space. This remote role will allow you to shape the future of finance by blending traditional banking with decentralized finance (DeFi). As a B2C Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing strategies and initiatives, directly influencing our revenue and product adoption.
What You'll Do
- Own SEO/GEO as a key acquisition and demand channel, focusing on content strategy, topic prioritization, search intent, and optimization across our product, blog, and overall site.
- Design and execute the marketing strategy for our B2C segment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product roadmaps.
- Build user segments based on data insights, creating tactics for acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar that includes launches, seasonal moments, and always-on lifecycle flows.
- Lead email marketing efforts from execution and automation setup to creative, deliverability, and continuous iteration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape impactful campaigns that meet funding requirements.
- Analyze performance across channels, present findings, and recommend next steps based on data.
- Track competitor positioning and market trends to refine product messaging and identify new opportunities.
- Execute new feature releases with go-to-market (GTM) plans that drive adoption and engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2C marketing within the crypto or fintech industry, particularly in the US market.
- Proven track record in owning SEO/GEO initiatives, including content strategy, keyword and intent research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking.
- Experience leading SEO/GEO agencies and translating technical insights into marketing and product decisions.
- GTM experience expanding consumer products into new regions or languages.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling lifecycle programs, especially in email and in-product messaging.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product and data teams to uncover insights.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills across email, social media, and in-app surfaces.
- Proficiency with CRM and automation platforms.
- A self-starter attitude with a hands-on execution mentality.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) driving product growth.
- Knowledge of social media channels across Web3, including Telegram, Discord, X, etc.
