What You'll Do
- Develop a customer base by responding to inquiries and engaging new prospects.
- Gather information regarding customers' wants and needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate and explain vehicle features, advantages, and benefits to potential buyers.
- Compare and contrast competitive manufacturers and models to highlight our offerings.
- Review warranties and maintenance plans to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Input trade-in vehicle information for appraisal and negotiate pricing effectively.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver vehicles and customize settings to meet customer preferences.
- Meet and/or exceed sales goals consistently.
Requirements
- 1+ years of automotive sales experience required; 2+ years preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Proficient in using multiple software applications.
- Completion of all factory and dealership training as required.
- Driver's license is mandatory.
