About the Role

We are looking for an Auto/Diesel/Forklift Technician to join our team remotely. As an Auto/Diesel/Forklift Technician, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various makes of lift trucks. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for mechanics and want to develop their skills in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Crown and other makes of lift trucks.
  • Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
  • Maintain a service van and its inventory.
  • Process paperwork after completion of each job.
  • Utilize your mechanical and electrical knowledge to ensure efficient repairs.

Requirements

  • Less than 2 years of related experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to safely operate lift trucks.
  • Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes.

Nice to Have

  • Technical degree or previous lift truck repair experience.
  • Welding experience and knowledge of testing equipment.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
