Wiz is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager - Remote to join our dynamic Sales Systems team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering customer value and ensuring that our clients are fully equipped for success throughout their Wiz adoption journey. As an Associate Technical Account Manager, you will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and retention, making this a pivotal position within our organization.

What You'll Do

  • Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices for the Wiz platform.
  • Contribute to sessions that help customers unlock the full value of Wiz, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Run community-based engagement opportunities, including webinars, to foster a strong user community.
  • Drive risk reduction by increasing customer adoption and ensuring high retention rates.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to address technical escalations effectively.
  • Advocate for customer needs across various teams within Wiz, ensuring their voices are heard.
  • Offer insights on new features and enhancements in the Wiz platform to keep customers informed.
  • Facilitate escalations for complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in securing contract renewals and identifying opportunities for expanding Wiz usage across organizations.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
  • Willingness to learn about cloud and cybersecurity technologies.
  • Understanding of cloud services and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience with customer success tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and customer engagement strategies.
