What You'll Do

• Collaborate with senior designers to refine the user experience for non-restaurant customers, ensuring they feel at home using our platform.
• Design AI-supported workflows that enhance product features and improve usability.
• Create native mobile inventory solutions that streamline operations for our clients.
• Develop onboarding flows that accelerate customer time-to-value.
• Work on a retail and fuel mode for our POS devices, enhancing functionality and user experience.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and outcomes.
• Proficiency in design tools, preferably Figma, and a solid understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Experience with AI tools to enhance the design process and the ability to discern valuable integrations.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to sharing your work with the team.
• A strong ability to empathize with users and create designs that enhance their experience, especially in challenging workflows.

Nice to Have

• Experience with design systems, including their creation and maintenance.
• Proficiency in fast prototyping using tools like Figma.
• Prior experience in a startup environment or on 'zero-to-one' projects.
