Assistant Property Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to join our team at The ITEX Group. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely while assisting in the management of our properties. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining positive tenant relations.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Property Manager in overseeing all operational functions of the property.
• Address tenant concerns and needs in a timely manner to ensure high satisfaction.
• Perform regular property inspections to maintain the property in good physical condition.
• Coordinate the duties of on-site staff and assist in scheduling their tasks.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the property and ensure future success.
• Ensure compliance with money management guidelines and procedures.
• Utilize YARDI property management software for effective property management.
• Maintain excellent organizational and communication skills to foster a positive work environment.

Requirements

• One year of property management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with YARDI property management software is a plus.
• Certification in property management (e.g., Certified Property Manager, Certified Apartment Manager) is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance are required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
