- Operate molding machines and perform assembly tasks of molded parts.
- Utilize hand tools for trimming, cutting, and preparing parts.
- Conduct quality checks and monitor production quality against established standards.
- Record and summarize production data as required.
- Assist in setup for the next job and maintain cleanliness of the work area.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to stand for the entire work shift and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
