About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architecture Practice Operations Lead - Remote to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing operational coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management within our architecture practice. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive process improvements and enhance team support through insights and analytics.

What You'll Do

  • Lead operational coordination efforts to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency within the architecture practice.
  • Utilize tools such as Excel and Power BI for reporting and analytics to provide actionable insights.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Support user-centered design (UCD) practices through qualitative analysis and research.
  • Oversee system administration tasks, ensuring compliance with ITIL and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement healthcare technology solutions.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and governance efforts within the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within operational coordination or architecture practice.
  • Strong knowledge of reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience with SQL Server 2019, Oracle 19C, and Postgres.
  • Familiarity with user-centered design (UCD) principles and qualitative analysis.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in healthcare technology or related fields is a plus.
  • Ability to drive process improvements and optimize workflows.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with digital asset management (DAM) systems.
  • Knowledge of IT strategy and governance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
