About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Staff Engineer - Voice AI & Agentic Systems to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will lead high-impact Voice AI initiatives at an enterprise scale, tackling cutting-edge AI and CCaaS challenges that have real-world healthcare implications. As an AI Staff Engineer, you will collaborate with senior leaders across Product, Security, and Engineering to build systems that matter—used by customers and partners every day.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement advanced Voice AI systems that leverage LLMs, NLP, and NLU technologies.
  • Lead the development of AI-enabled products that enhance customer service and improve medical record management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI systems within existing infrastructures.
  • Utilize cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, and Azure for scalable AI deployments.
  • Drive automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and system reliability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an AI Engineer or similar role, with a focus on Voice AI technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and AI systems engineering.
  • Experience with Python, Node.js, and relevant AI frameworks.
  • Familiarity with API architecture and cloud infrastructure.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the healthcare industry or with AI applications in medical settings.
  • Knowledge of compliance operations and legal frameworks related to AI.
