About the Role

We are seeking an AI Software Engineering Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated code, prompts, and responses for technical accuracy and adherence to best practices.
• Validate algorithms and software concepts across multiple programming languages.
• Provide detailed feedback on solution quality, clarity, and implementation feasibility.
• Support model benchmarking to assess technical capabilities and limitations.
• Organize content by topic, difficulty level, and programming language proficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, technical research, or content development.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in debugging, testing, and code validation.
• Excellent technical writing skills with a keen attention to implementation detail.
