What You'll Do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate program strategy focused on the Asian market.
• Optimize the business model to enhance profitability and efficiency.
• Manage the P&L of the affiliate division, ensuring margin optimization across various verticals.
• Expand the affiliate program into new Asian markets, identifying opportunities for growth.
• Build and nurture a portfolio of brands, enhancing publisher acquisition efforts.
• Lead a team by hiring specialists, developing leaders, and fostering a culture of performance and results.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the Nutra sector.
• Strong command of English, with a proficiency level of C1 or higher.
• Proven track record of successfully managing affiliate programs and driving growth.
• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
