About the Role

We are seeking a talented Affiliate Manager to join our team at Megapari. This is a remote position where you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and manage our affiliate partnerships effectively. As an Affiliate Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue through our affiliate channels.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage relationships with affiliates to maximize revenue and performance.
• Identify and recruit new affiliates, focusing on markets in Jordan, Iraq, Algeria, and Tunisia.
• Analyze affiliate performance metrics and optimize campaigns to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling promotional materials.
• Attend major iGaming conferences worldwide to network and promote our affiliate program.

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic is required.
• Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or similar role in the iGaming industry.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
