About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Servicing Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and compliant execution of day-to-day transactional requirements of customers, enabling volume and profitability growth.

What You'll Do

  • Provide transactional support to Account Managers of Trust to ensure timely and compliant execution of client instructions.
  • Monitor fixed income maturities, interests, and dividend income to ensure timely deployment.
  • Service clients’ investment instructions, including time deposits and market orders, in an organized manner.
  • Coordinate closely with Account Managers for seamless handover of clients.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations for all transactions.
  • Review appropriateness of transactions and flag non-compliant orders.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements for service and process enhancements.
  • Embrace innovation and continuous improvement in account servicing practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management processes, including onboarding and maintenance.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, to interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and handle client inquiries.
  • Technological proficiency and comfort navigating systems and platforms.
  • Required certifications: SEC Fixed Income Salesman (Phase 1 and 2) and UITF Certification Program (UCP).
  • Attention to detail and a strong customer service mindset.
  • Ability to make logical decisions under pressure while balancing client needs with compliance considerations.
  • Experience in handling volume transactions and organizing tasks by priority.

  • Knowledge of investment and portfolio management.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and internal controls.
