3D Motion Designer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a talented 3D Motion Designer to join our dynamic team at Gameloft. In this 3D Motion Designer remote position, you will create high-quality marketing videos that attract, engage, and acquire players for our games. You will own the full video production process, from concept and in-game capture to final delivery, ensuring brand and visual consistency across all video materials.

What You'll Do

• Create and enhance animations (2D/3D), motion graphics, and visual effects for video ads.
• Optimize and adapt video content for multiple platforms, formats, and distribution channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to incorporate feedback and deliver on spec and on time.
• Continuously bring fresh creative ideas and stay up to date with gaming, video, and industry trends.
• Independently manage the full creative process and deliver high-quality work on deadline in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Strong creativity with solid experience in motion design, video editing, and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in Adobe tools (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop); knowledge of 3D software (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max) is a strong plus.
• Good understanding of basic 3D animation, rendering workflows, and asset preparation.
• Passion for video games and a keen eye for detail and innovation.
• Good English communication skills; a portfolio or demo reel is required.

• Experience working in a gaming or entertainment environment.
• Familiarity with the latest trends in video production and motion design.
