Customer Care Specialist - Remote Position

About the Role

Veracyte is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Specialist - Remote to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service and support to healthcare providers and patients, ensuring a seamless experience as we deliver critical genomic diagnostics. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on patient care.

What You'll Do

• Manage and monitor customer orders and cases effectively.
• Perform outbound communications with physician offices to ensure timely responses.
• Address inbound customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to anticipate and meet customer needs.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience in customer service.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service within healthcare or biotech.
• Understanding of order and case management practices.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Analytical skills for evaluating data and trends.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy towards customers.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
• Understanding of PHI protection and HIPAA compliance.

Nice to Have

• Experience with genomic diagnostics or related fields.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
