What You'll Do

• Help with recruiting tasks, including creating job ads and communicating with candidates.
• Work in a hybrid model, balancing office days with remote work.

• Communicate openly and handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

• Currently studying business administration, psychology, communication, or a related field, ideally with an HR focus.
• Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Good command of MS Office and familiarity with tools like Outlook, Personio, or Confluence.
• Business fluent in German and possess good English skills.
