About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Working Student for HR-Tech / Workday Implementation Support to join our dynamic team remotely. This role is perfect for students eager to gain hands-on experience in HR technology and implementation processes. As a Working Student in this position, you will support the implementation of Workday and contribute to various HR-Tech projects. You will work closely with our experienced team, gaining insights into the world of HR technology and data management.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the implementation of Workday and support functional testing processes.
  • Collaborate with team members on data management and technical planning tasks.
  • Provide first-level support to users and assist in onboarding processes.
  • Engage in content creation and documentation for HR-Tech initiatives.
  • Participate in team collaboration efforts to enhance continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., HR, Business Administration, IT).
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and Workday functionalities.
  • Familiarity with data management tools and technical support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with programming languages such as Kotlin, Java, or Swift.
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL and MacOS development.
  • Previous internship experience in HR or IT support.
