Windows Infrastructure Engineer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Windows Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Bright Vision Technologies. What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and manage Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) to ensure high availability and security.
• Utilize Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP for efficient network management.
• Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and system management.
• Implement and manage Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID solutions.
• Oversee Windows Failover Clustering and IIS for application hosting.
• Manage virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Conduct patch management and backup/recovery processes to ensure data integrity.
• Utilize monitoring tools to proactively address system performance and security issues.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Windows Infrastructure Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with security hardening and monitoring tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.
• Previous experience in a role requiring visa sponsorship.
