About the Role

Join Domes Resorts as a Web & Graphic Designer and play a pivotal role in enhancing our luxury hospitality brand. This remote opportunity allows you to work within a dynamic marketing team, contributing to both digital and print platforms. As a Web & Graphic Designer, you will elevate our brand's visual identity and create compelling user experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver responsive websites and landing pages aligned with brand standards and commercial objectives.
  • Develop wireframes, UI concepts, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
  • Optimize user experience (UI/UX) to enhance usability, engagement, and conversion performance.
  • Implement a conversion-focused design strategy to support revenue growth and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, and Development teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Maintain consistency across all digital assets in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Produce high-quality print and digital collateral, including brochures, menus, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Design and manage branded newsletters and email templates through Brevo.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in web and graphic design.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design, responsive websites, and high-quality print/editorial materials.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design, prototyping, and wireframing.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Nice to Have

  • Experience working within established brand guidelines, preferably in hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience designing responsive websites and conversion-focused landing pages.
  • Experience in newsletter and email design platforms, including Brevo.
