What You'll Do

• Proactively identify and resolve problems to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
• Monitor order fulfillment and communicate potential problems or changes.
• Handle shipping tasks including picking, preparing products, and loading trucks.
• Manage receiving tasks such as unloading trucks, documenting, organizing, and counting stock.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
