About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team in a fully remote capacity. What You'll Do

- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
- Assist with order processing, invoicing, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain client databases and update contact information.
- Utilize email management software, video conferencing apps, CRM systems, and online collaboration tools.
- Adapt to the needs of clients across different time zones.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
