About the Role

As a Virtual Assistant for Customer Support, you will handle customer inquiries in our ticket system (Zendesk) and ensure that our clients receive the best possible assistance. What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently through our ticketing system, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Identify and document recurring issues to improve our service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with authorities and other stakeholders as needed, maintaining professionalism and clarity.
- Work accurately, reliably, and friendly in daily operations, contributing to a positive team environment.
- Utilize Zendesk for managing customer interactions and maintaining records of communications.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in customer support or virtual assistance is essential.
- A registered business is required; part-time employment or mini-job basis is not intended.
- Structured working method and excellent time management skills.
- Clear, binding communication skills, both written and oral.
- Prior knowledge of Zendesk is a must; familiarity with Notion is a plus but not required.
