VIP Sales Manager - Remote Opportunity in Crypto

About the Role

We are looking for a VIP Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Crypto.com. This remote VIP Sales Manager position offers you the chance to take ownership and build your institutional and high-net-worth clientele in the exciting world of cryptocurrency. You will be instrumental in onboarding clients and customizing unique crypto products that the market has never seen before.

What You'll Do

• Identify and reach out to potential VIP clients, focusing on high-volume and advanced traders.
• Guide VIP clients toward the right products while monitoring OKRs and KPIs.
• Customize innovative solutions and incentives tailored to the specific needs of high-value customers.
• Maintain ongoing contact with VIP clients, tracking their feedback and recommending product improvements.
• Provide timely and satisfactory customer service, resolving issues for VIP clients in collaboration with internal teams.
• Attend key industry conferences and community events to engage with potential VIPs and increase brand awareness.

Requirements

• Strong network within the high-net-worth and advanced crypto trading community.
• 4+ years of experience in selling premium financial or crypto products to sophisticated users.
• Proven track record of monetizing high-value client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate, manage, and monetize relationships with clients or partners.
• Excellent command of professional written and oral English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.

• Knowledge of the latest trends in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
• Previous experience in a remote working environment.
