About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Sales Consultant to join our team at Bottom Drawer, a luxury homewares retail concession within Brown Thomas Arnotts in Dublin. This Sales Consultant role offers a unique opportunity to work with beautiful products and provide exceptional customer service in a vibrant retail environment.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Merchandise product ranges effectively to enhance the shopping experience.
• Maintain an organized stockroom, manage deliveries, and ensure stock levels are adequate.
• Collaborate with fellow sales consultants to achieve sales targets and enhance team performance.
• Participate in training to deepen product knowledge and improve sales techniques.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or a strong interest in homewares and interiors.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer interactions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and late-night shopping.
