Vice President of Digital Assets - Tokenisation (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Vice President of Digital Assets to join our team at Goldman Sachs. This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to lead and innovate in the rapidly evolving field of digital assets. As a Vice President, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital asset strategy and driving significant commercial impact. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to a dynamic and entrepreneurial team.

What You'll Do

• Lead the execution of Goldman Sachs’ global Digital Assets strategy, focusing on tokenisation initiatives and cryptocurrency efforts.
• Provide strategic advice and thought leadership to internal stakeholders and clients, actively shaping our digital assets product offerings.
• Leverage your understanding of financial products and market structure to identify and execute on new commercially viable tokenisation initiatives.
• Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle and oversee the execution of various tokenisation initiatives across public and private markets.
• Enhance collateral mobility and develop digital money solutions by applying deep expertise in financial products and market structure.
• Act as a senior point of contact and thought leader, engaging with industry experts and stakeholders who are exploring tokenisation or cryptocurrencies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in financial services, ideally gained from a leading investment bank or consulting firm.
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of various financial products and a comprehensive understanding of market structure.
• Strong interest in digital assets, including cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology, with practical experience in relevant projects.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating ambiguous situations.
