UX/UI Designer
About the Role
We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team remotely. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing user scenarios, customer journey maps (CJM), and interfaces for digital products. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on innovative projects that leave a cultural impact.
What You'll Do
- Design and oversee the development of websites and applications, from structure and user scenarios to UI design, design systems, and implementation control.
- Develop UI systems, components, and design guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the art director, project manager, and developers to ensure cohesive product concepts.
- Create interactive prototypes and test user hypotheses to validate design decisions.
- Ensure the integrity of the user experience and visual language across all platforms.
- Prepare layouts for development handoff, ensuring all design specifications are met.
- Participate in the formation of digital product concepts and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Present design solutions to the team and clients, effectively articulating your design rationale.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer in digital projects, either in an agency or product team.
- A strong portfolio showcasing implemented web and/or mobile interfaces.
- Understanding of UX principles: usability, hierarchy, scenarios, and user flows.
- Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and design systems.
- Ability to work with grids, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong presentation skills to argue design decisions to the team and clients.
Nice to Have
- Experience with user testing and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for better collaboration with developers.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards in design.
