Unity Developer Artist - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Unity Developer Artist to join our team remotely at TapNation. As a Unity Developer Artist, you will play a crucial role in creating high-performance marketing creatives directly from game builds and Unity projects. This position offers you the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to our mission of redefining mobile gaming excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Understand and modify the source code for published games to create custom APKs and scenarios.
  • Collaborate with UA Artists and the Creative Lead to develop high-quality marketing assets.
  • Attend Creative & Production meetings to gain a comprehensive understanding of each game.
  • Manage your workload proactively to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Support the team by delivering high-quality standards and anticipating demands.
  • Benchmark and test new tools to enhance production efficiency.
  • Adapt game scenarios into playable units and explore new programming languages and tools.
  • Deploy AI practices to automate production and delivery processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Unity Developer Artist in the mobile gaming industry.
  • Fluent in English with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Unity, Cocos, and 3D software (ideally Blender 3D).
  • Creative mindset with a passion for gaming and apps.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI tools and practices in game development.
  • Familiarity with additional programming languages.
