UI/​UX Lead Designer - Remote Opportunity at Onbe

About the Role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Lead Designer to join our innovative team at Onbe. This UI/UX Lead Designer remote position offers the opportunity to craft and implement exceptional user experiences across our ecosystem of digital products. You will play a pivotal role in transforming how payments are imagined, working on behalf of our clients to create cutting-edge solutions in the FinTech space.

What You'll Do

• Lead all aspects of Product Design (UI and UX) for B2B2C SaaS digital products, enhancing quality and accessibility.
• Conduct user research and testing activities in collaboration with Product, Technology, and other teams.
• Create sitemaps, wireframes, visual comps, and prototypes to illustrate design directions for client-facing and recipient-facing experiences.
• Mentor and lead other designers, shaping design work and facilitating meetings with cross-discipline partners.
• Contribute to expanding design operations documentation and establish new processes within the Design team.
• Collaborate with product designers, developers, and QA analysts to ensure fully functioning and accessible end-to-end experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Product Design for complex B2B/B2C/B2B2C ecosystems.
• Expertise in all phases of the User-Centered Design (UCD) process.
• Deep proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Miro.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, particularly in designing data-heavy UI layouts.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills, with the ability to communicate design decisions effectively.

Nice to Have

• A master's degree in Interaction Design, UX Design, or related field.
• Experience with Design-focused AI tools.
• Background in heavily regulated business domains.
