About the Role

We are seeking a Training Lead Specialist - AI Adoption (Remote) to join our team at Seamless Assist. This role is crucial as we aim to elevate our training systems and empower our virtual assistants (VAs) to become adept problem-solvers through the strategic use of AI tools. As a Training Lead Specialist, you will design, deliver, and enhance training programs that integrate AI into our operations, ensuring our team remains competitive and innovative.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement comprehensive training programs for various VA roles, focusing on AI integration.
• Create engaging training materials, including slides, SOPs, videos, and quizzes that incorporate AI workflows.
• Lead onboarding sessions that emphasize the use of AI tools, critical thinking, and systems optimization.
• Develop step-by-step learning paths and certification tracks for AI competence.
• Teach VAs how to leverage AI for problem-solving, including data analysis, SOP writing, and task automation.
• Train VAs on popular AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Notion AI, ensuring hands-on experience.
• Conduct workshops on advanced AI applications, such as AI-assisted CRM work and content creation.
• Assess VA performance and provide targeted coaching to enhance AI adoption and critical thinking skills.
• Track training completion and analyze performance metrics to refine training programs.
• Maintain our internal training hubs with up-to-date AI-focused modules and champion a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in training, L&D, or operations coaching.
• Strong familiarity with AI tools and their application in real-world operations.
• Proven ability to teach others how to creatively and strategically apply AI.
• Experience in developing training materials and leading virtual workshops.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, particularly in virtual environments.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, and Trello.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools such as Zapier AI and Perplexity.
• Background in instructional design or adult learning theory.
• Experience training remote VAs or digital teams.
• Understanding of basic automation and workflow mapping.
