Trading Internship - Remote Opportunity at Galaxy

About the Role

Galaxy is excited to offer a Trading Internship that provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of cryptocurrency and trading. As a Trading Intern, you will work closely with our trading teams and engage in various projects that will enhance your understanding of the digital assets market. This Trading Internship is designed for undergraduate or master’s students graduating between December 2026 and June 2027, and it will take place in our London office.

What You'll Do

• Support Galaxy Trading by working on diverse projects, including market/token analyses, scripting, automation, trading strategies, and operational support.
• Learn about the products and tailored solutions offered to Galaxy clients, enhancing your knowledge of digital assets and DeFi.
• Assist the sales team in refining coverage models, automating workflows, and creating product offering decks.
• Manage day-to-day processes such as creating market color reports, prospecting new accounts, and structuring trades.
• Grow your interest in global markets, derivatives, and trading strategies while pitching trades based on your learning.

Requirements

• General knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and a broad interest in global markets, trading, and derivatives.
• Strong critical thinking skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Excellent emotional intelligence and comfort in communicating with others.
• Ability to multi-task quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial spirit, with knowledge of Python, SQL, and Excel.

Nice to Have

• Experience in trading or finance-related internships.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and digital asset management.
• Interest in macroeconomic trends and their impact on trading.
