About the Role
We are seeking a Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team at Armis, a leader in cybersecurity solutions. What You'll Do
- Provide second-level technical support to English-speaking global customers, resolving their most pressing issues.
- Take ownership of customer cases, troubleshooting and guiding clients through technical challenges.
- Collaborate with various teams, including Operations, R&D, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless onboarding and deployment of our products.
- Utilize your technical networking knowledge in TCP/IP and application layer to assist customers effectively.
- Support Linux-based products and compose SQL queries to manage databases.
- Engage in projects that create a company-wide impact, enhancing customer experiences.
- Apply your creativity and innovative ideas to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
- Document and share knowledge to help build a robust support knowledge base.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in cybersecurity.
- Industry experience in network security or application security is required.
- Strong technical knowledge of TCP/IP and application layer protocols.
- Experience with enterprise customer accounts and supporting Linux-based products.
- Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python is a plus.
- A BS degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
