We are seeking a Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team at Armis, a leader in cybersecurity solutions. This remote Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer role focuses on providing exceptional support to our global customers, ensuring they can effectively utilize our cutting-edge cybersecurity products. What You'll Do

  • Provide second-level technical support to English-speaking global customers, resolving their most pressing issues.
  • Take ownership of customer cases, troubleshooting and guiding clients through technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including Operations, R&D, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless onboarding and deployment of our products.
  • Utilize your technical networking knowledge in TCP/IP and application layer to assist customers effectively.
  • Support Linux-based products and compose SQL queries to manage databases.
  • Engage in projects that create a company-wide impact, enhancing customer experiences.
  • Apply your creativity and innovative ideas to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Document and share knowledge to help build a robust support knowledge base.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in cybersecurity.
  • Industry experience in network security or application security is required.
  • Strong technical knowledge of TCP/IP and application layer protocols.
  • Experience with enterprise customer accounts and supporting Linux-based products.
  • Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes environments is preferred.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python is a plus.
  • A BS degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
