About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Therapy Coordinator to join our team remotely. As a Therapy Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing support to Lympha Press patients by delivering devices, conducting in-home trials, and offering education on our advanced compression therapy solutions. This remote position allows you to build strong relationships with patients while ensuring a positive customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct Medicare Advantage Trials, demonstrating the benefits of our advanced model pumps and devices.
  • Schedule and perform product demonstrations, including taking measurements and providing instructions for proper device use.
  • Educate patients on compression therapy devices, ensuring they understand how to use them effectively.
  • Communicate rental agreements and financial responsibilities clearly to patients and caregivers.
  • Manage patient inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Confirm appointments in advance and organize equipment for in-home visits.
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure timely order completions and documentation.
  • Utilize translation resources to assist patients with language barriers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED; six months of related experience in healthcare preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and documentation software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to schedules.
  • Flexibility to travel to patient locations as needed.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform various physical tasks.
