About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager - Remote to join our team at Continental. This role is pivotal in developing new business and increasing market share in Texas, leveraging our extensive Authorized Distributor Network. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our engineered products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

What You'll Do

  • Develop new business partnerships in the industrial sector.
  • Promote and sell engineered products through distributors.
  • Train distributors and end-users on product applications.
  • Conduct regular meetings with customers to service accounts.
  • Participate in industry trade shows to showcase our products.
  • Utilize business technology tools to manage territory activities effectively.
  • Inspect equipment and offer value-added solutions to clients.
  • Travel 50% of the time, including overnight stays, within the Texas territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 2 years of relevant sales experience or 4 years of sales experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience in an industrial setting is preferred.
  • Strong presentation and customer meeting skills.
  • Experience in training customers on product applications.
  • Ability to use and learn CRM systems effectively.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel at least 50% of the time.
