About the Role

We are seeking a Technology Risk Management Lead (Blockchain) remote to join JPMorgan Chase & Co. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of managing technology risks associated with blockchain and cryptocurrency. Your expertise will help ensure that our firm remains resilient while navigating the complexities of the digital finance landscape.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and identify technology and cyber operational risks within the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB).
• Conduct risk assessments and identify operational risk control gaps in blockchain technologies.
• Manage identified risks for innovative offerings, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and challenge KPIs/KRIs related to technology risks through effective monitoring activities.
• Participate in firm-wide global initiatives to analyze impacts on the firm.
• Advise internal teams on thematic risks in the blockchain space.
• Produce weekly status updates on assessments impacting CIB.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with infrastructure/application architecture.
• 5+ years in a senior technology role involving blockchain technologies.
• 2+ years experience in Smart Contract development, Decentralized applications (dApps), or Cryptography.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical systems.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to influence senior-level decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage expectations and deliver results under tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the blockchain sector.
