About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in sourcing and attracting top talent for various technical positions. Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess candidates' skills effectively.
  • Experience with ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
