About the Role

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing technical candidates in engineering roles.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, including software engineering, data engineering, and AI/ML positions.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, virtual-first environment.
