Join Polygon Labs as a Technical Program Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of blockchain payments. This Technical Program Manager remote position is designed for individuals who thrive in complex technical environments and are passionate about fintech and distributed systems.

What You'll Do

  • Drive end-to-end program execution for major Open Money Stack initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Plan and manage complex technical programs involving fintech and payment processing systems.
  • Coordinate dependencies across multiple engineering teams to minimize risks and escalations.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align technical execution with strategic objectives.
  • Support integration efforts with external infrastructure and fintech service providers.
  • Establish and maintain program plans, milestones, and reporting using TPM frameworks.
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure delivery predictability.
  • Ensure operational readiness and cross-team alignment for successful launches.

Requirements

  • Significant experience as a Technical Program Manager in fintech, payments, or blockchain.
  • Strong background in distributed systems and infrastructure engineering.
  • Proven experience managing programs with external technical collaborators.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies and risks across concurrent initiatives.
  • Proficiency with program management tools and strong stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with payment processing platforms or financial infrastructure systems.
  • Familiarity with Ethereum-based systems.
  • Program or project management certifications such as PgMP or PMP.
